CRP, C reactive protein is a biomarker used as an indicator for infections, sepsis and inflammation. The indication or purpose of testing is important before we interpret any test. Don't panic, since the value is just above the cut off. The test method is also important to know how significant or relevant the value is. Discuss with your doctor who requested for this test. Hope this helps!
