Hi , there are many causes for it,, mainly due to muscle weakness. If there is no vision symptoms then exercise should help, but if the deviation is large and vision affected then orthoptics treatment is required, cosmetic surgery is also done but a prior detailed evaluation is a must. Please consult a squint specialist for further need.
