I m Hypertension patent ... Age 28 weught 95 height 6 feet ... (January) Last 3 months ago I checked my creatine level and my creatinine eleven was 1.15 but the lab thought normal was 1.4 ... what was my creatinine level then ... and now after three months should I check my creatinine level again. ..Or my creatinine level is perfectly normal and was normal before ... Sooo any importance I check myyy creatinine level again April month's ...

Drink plenty of water 4 liters per day. Reduce your weight. Reduce your salt intake. Avoid spicy and oily food. Low cholesterol high fibre diet. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. Avoid caffeine. Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking. Do some physical exercises on a regular basis.

No need Try to reduce your Salt intake or go for low sodium salt ( commercially available) Keep the BP below 140/90 If you reduce your weight atleast 5kgs, you can even stop antihypertensive drugs
