CREATININE level is 1.33 and egrf is 62.7 in my recent self health checkup. Doctor suggested Nefrosave medicine for one month.

Won't work. Look for cause. आर you overweight, diabetic or hypertensive. Look for proteinuria and any infection. Rule out all causes of raised creat. Nehrosave without a diagnosis is not going to work
