Creatinine level & eGFR

Hi, after covid recovery last year my dad's regular testing reports started to show increase in creatinine levels and eGFR. Currently , the creatinine is 1.2 & eGFR is 69 ( last months 1.14 & 72 respectively). Is there anything to cure this? Is this treatable?

That level of creatinine is not a cause of worry. However we have to know clinical history of hypertension , diabetes and any other medications he is using .
Next Steps
Please consult a nephrologist whenever possible
