Creatinine increased from 1.6 to 2.2
So my father recently 6 months back started getting protein in the urine. So we started with medications, in March I got his creatinine as 1.59 and then we decided to switch doctors the new doctor stopped ctd 12.5 and started kerendia . Today the creatinine is 2.2. please tell what to do??

Kerendia is for reducing protein leak in urine and slow down kidney disease progression. mild increase in creatinine after starting Kerendia is expected. If potassium is normal may observe.
However need more details like cause for protein leak, how severe is the protein leak etc. alternative medications can be tried.
