Creatine level 3.3 is there present
First admitted in hospital on 21/03/2022 ,the serum creatine level is 5.6 after doing treatment, now on 26/03/2022 the creatine level is 3.3 ,
Now the patient is nned to use the medicine upto creatine level contro or life time the medicine had to use
Patient has been suffering from kidney problem which is recovering now. Decrease in creatinine is a very good sign. It means kidney function is improving well.
We have to give time for the kidney function to recover fully. May be another two weeks.
Repeat a creatinine, with urine test after two weeks.
If creatinine comes to normal, no need of any further treatment. If creatinine is still above normal, pt may need further treatment with medicines

Hi. It depends on the cause of kidney problem. Kindly consult the treating Nephrologist so he/she can guide you as to the exact cause of kidney problem and explain you what medicines are needed to be taken and for how long. However medicines for blood pressure, diabetes, need to be taken for lifetime after consulting with the doctor
