My fiance was in the hospital yesterday and the day before, to have his appendix removed. He had the surgery and was released yesterday. my question is.. Can they remove your appendix from the left side?

no your appendic surgery will be done on the right side. but if its a key hole surgery one incision could be from left side as well.
