Cramps in lower abdomen

Is it ok to have cramps in lower abdomen and groin area pain during pregnancy? I m 6 weeks pregnant and this is my first and natural conception. Some times it feels like period pain so I am scared. Is this something of concern ? I m 32 yrs old with no relevant medical history and a active lifestyle (10 k steps a day) with mild other physical activities like lifting 4-6 kg weights

Mild cramps are okay but if you are getting painful cramps, take Tab Susten SR 400 mg twice daily after food for a month and avoid heavy work.

At 6 weeks pregnancy you should not have any cramps in lower abdomen, definitely not due to pregnancy. Please get a sonography of Lower abdomen done and consult with a Gynaecologist with the report.

Avoid weight lifting in first 3 months. Start with supplements and get blood investigation done along with ultrasound
