Cramping in 35days after IUI

Hello Team, I had my LMP on Aug 16th and after follicular study had my iui on aug 26th, tested positive on sep11 and met gynocologist on sep 13, suggested to continue progesterone and take chronic Gonadotrophin iui5000 injection twice a week and duphaston and susten twice a day, recommend for 1st scan on Oct 6. It's 35 days after procedure and 45days after my LMP I feel periods like mild cramping occasionally from yesterday night, but there is no spotting and seems to be feel more gassy. Is it normal in pregnancy or do I need to visit hospital asap. Please advise. Thanks
