I recently got tested with bone tb. Tb was detected in my right hand thumb. I am feeling pain similar to cramps between my chest and abdomen. Should I be worried?

It may or may not be due to tubercular pathology

you should undergo Cardiac and pulmonary evaluation, if both are normal ,evaluation for Liver pathology must be done.
