Crackling sounds while walking

I get cackling sound while walking near my feet and legs. The crackling sound is more when I sit for sometime and walk. I do not have any pain or as such. Please suggest me if it some deficiency or problem. Thank you on advance

Nothing to worry with the sounds from the joint, if there is no pain. It is normal.

Nothing to worry, unless there is associated pain and/or swelling. Crackling sounds do occur in few normal individuals . It's not due to any deficiency

Check vitamin d level in blood.. if it is less, take supplement of vitamin d
