I am 35 years old healthy male and having strange problem for the first time in my life. A week back I had discovered that there is a cracked white layer under my foreskin near the head of the penis associated with mild burning sensation. I had pain on the foreskin when I was pulling it back to clean it with water. Being uncircumcised, I never had any trouble earlier while pulling down my foreskin. There is a whitish layer under my foreskin which goes off when I clean with water. But the cracks are not getting healed even though I am trying to keep it dry for past one week. I am abstaining from any kind of sexual activity since the problem has started. Please advise.
