Hello,,, cracked foreskin may be due to dry skin or due to fungal infection,, try using moisturisers for dry skin or antifungal cream for fungal infection. If it's a chronic problem,,, repeated healing may lead to phymosis (condition where you can't retract foreskin back), so it's better to undergo circumcision (surgical removal of foreskin).
