Please suggest medicine and dosage for crack in butt hole due to hard stool. I feel a burning sensation throughout the day.

Tab Cefixime-O 200 1 tab BID x 5 days Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg bbf x 5 days Syp Cremaffin 1 tsf hs Anovat jelly before defecation Per rectally Betadine ointment PR after defecation. Sitz bath in like warm water with a pinch of KmO4 powder for 15-20 mins. Atleast twoce daily. Eat lots of fibre diet with atleast 2.5 lts of water daily and avoid repeatedly visiting toilets/straining.  Have an adquate sleep of 7-8 hrs.
