Sitz bath in like warm water with a pinch of KmO4 powder for 15-20 mins. Atleast twoce daily. Eat lots of fibre diet with atleast 2.5 lts of water daily and avoid repeatedly visiting toilets/straining.  Have an adquate sleep of 7-8 hrs.
