After two weeks of taking the covishield shot arm of my father has started paining. It pains a lot. There is no other indication. No redness or tightness. What should we do?

I don't think it'll pain after 2 weeks... There will be pain on the same and continues for 2 to 5 days.
Next Steps
Any swelling?  Since how many days it's paining? Is he Diabetic?  Did he underwent any surgeries previously? Is he On any anticoagulants?
