I took covishield 2 days back i still have fever my headache and body pains subside but fever is 99.2. For how many days this fever continues

Maximum symptoms continue for 2 to 5 days... Take paracetamol 650mg 1-0-1. For fever... Avoid pain killers... It takes time for adaptation after vaccination.. so symptoms persists.. Don't you will be okay..(if symptoms persists after 5 days visit near by hospital...) Stay safe and be happy..

Any vaccine related side effect stays for 2-3 days. If they persist for more than 3 days get tested for covid.
