Covishield dose side effects

In march 21 i was covid positive and recovered at home. In september 21 i took first dose of covishield. Side effect started after 1-2 days. Side effect was for a week. Symptoms were cold cough, body muscle pain, head congestion, feverish feeling, feeling very very down. Now i took second covishield second dose on 11 jan 22. Same episodes are happening. Our gp gave some painkillers. Previously i was taking paracetamol. I feel like i am seriously ill. Why i have same episodes during both doses. Pls. Help
