Patient found covid positive and with lungs infection. Now condition is stable after 5 days of treatment. No fever since 5 days, Rare episodes of cough. But shortness of breath is still happening. SpO2 level remain 91-92 which was 87-90 3 days ago. Vitals report, chest CT reports and list of Medicine being given are attached for reference. Now I would like to know the further course of action as 5th day of medicine is over now. Should I continue the all medicines or some of them to be stopped/ added? Please advise.
