Hello, I got myself vaccinated the first dose of covishield and I am having mild headache and little uneasy. Is it normal?

It is perfectly normal to have mild symptoms after vaccination. The most common side effects following COVID-19 vaccines are fatigue, a fever, headaches, body aches, chills, nausea, diarrhea, and pain at the site of injection, according to the World Health Organization. They are not a cause for alarm; they are signs that your body's immune system is responding to the vaccine.
Next Steps
You can take Tablet PARACETAMOL 500mg thrice a day after meals, provided you have no prior reaction to the medication. Also, avoid exertion or stress for a few days. Maintain covid appropriate behavior and social distancing and the use of masks.
