Covid vaccine for warfarin patients

I have undergone MVR surgery in 2019 and I am advised to take warfarin (Acitrom) tablets to keep my PT/INR value between 2.5&3. Is it safe for me to take the covid vaccine or should I delay it a bit for better research data to be available? If I do take it, what precautions should be taken?
