Can I get vaccinated when I am a patient of allergic rhinitis from last 7-8 years. I am afraid of the after effects because I am the only child and work in a bank. Kindly guide. I take Allegra M Cortimax Oxyspray Neksium in worse cases for relief . Thanks in advance.

Yes you can get Vaccinated . “Currently, the only contraindication is a history of a severe allergic reaction to any of the vaccine components, including sensitivity to PEG (polyethylene glycol) and/or polysorbate, which cross reacts with PEG”. If you are concerned about developing anaphylaxis, please get vaccinated in a medical facility that can handle emergencies .
