Covid test after quarantine

My mother aged 60 tested positive in RT PCR with viral.load of 25 14 days ago. Today being 14th day she did a re test to find out if she turned negative. However result has come positive with viral load of 33. What to do now Can she end quarantine now as 14 days over and she has no symptoms now or she should do a re test again after a few days to turn negative and then end room quarnatine

She can end quarantine now. It's probably false positive due to dead viral particles
