Dear sir is dull face and below body like leg pains is covid symptoms or is this common.. can u advice me any pain killer and antibiotic for fresh mood pls..

As per your description it doesn't seem to be covid but in case u have fever/sore throat/cold/loss of smell or taste ,you ll need evaluation Antibiotics and painkillers are for specific infection if taken without any symptoms will cause more damage then do any good
