Covid rt-pcr value was 33

My wife was tested positive and after a week she was tested negative. I was under home quarantine and just got tested to be safe after 10 days. My Rt-pcr reault is 33. Do i have to be under home quarantine again and please suggest if i have to repeat the test again after few days
