My husband came into  direct contact with one of our relative(he is tested positive this morning)my husband had mask and sanitised his hands at that time.will my husband definitely get COVID?

It depends on the duration and whether if it was a close contact. One can not be sure if he will get infected or not. Its best to take precautions, isolate and and get tested after a period of 48-72 hours or if he finds any symptoms of COVID infection.
