Am covid postive.. having dry cough and fever 101..as am continuing coughing am exerted..am having trouble mainly due to dry cough.. please suggest doctors

Hello U should take antitussive cough syrup and medicine And for fever antipyretic But do u have any other symptoms! Kindly hydrate your self a with citrus juice will help
