I have taken blood test after completion of 15days and the D-Dimer is at 0.54. Please advise me that any other precaution i have to take.

Please attach the d dimer report itself for a better evaluation as if it 0.5 mcg/ml then it is normal,unit evaluation is important for a proper treatment furthermore

D -dimer is within normal limit. Continue multi vitamins. No other tests required. No isolation required if no symptoms for the past 7 days. Wear mask, drink lots of water, protein diet, fruits, exercise however if you are comfortable with.
