I have tested covid positive. I am 12weeks pregnant with twins. Is it safe to take Azithromycin, Dolo 650 and zincovit? Please advise especially about Azithromycin for 5days course.

Yes. Only that much. Don't go for antiviral therapy  (because of some latest research in USA).
