Covid only fever

Hello doctors, Just a quick question my brothers rt-pcr is positive but he has only fever. Do we need to get CT scan done for chest?

Ct chest is indicated when there is drop in SpO2 or there is difficulty in breathing. Only fever with covid positive report doesn't require CT scan. Monitor his SpO2 levels, temperature, and give proper medicines.

If the patient doesn't have any symptoms that's may indicate effect on respiratory symptoms like cough, chest congestion, difficult breathing,  normal saturation then radiological imaging may not be required. CT/Chest xray are not indicated for everyone.
