I was diagnosed with covid yesterday and had severe lower abdomen and back pain. It got better after taking paracetamol and now I only have mild body ache and fatigue. Is the pain normal for covid?

Any viral infection can have symptoms such as body/joints ache etc. It'll go away when the viral infection completes it's cycle. Consult if and when required.
