How I can I protect myself from covid infection , prescribe some medicines plz... ... This time covid is really dangerous

Drink lukewarm decoction made by adding 2 cloves and 1 cinnamon to half to 1 lit water, sip it 2-3 times/day. Have lukewarm turmeric milk daily before sleep ( it will also help you to get good sleep). Can take Chyavanprash 1 tsf with lukewarm milk twice/day. Take throat soothing remedies like turmeric & honey, ginger honey drink. Can take Sitopladi churna 1 tsf mixed with honey when you have throat irritation or sore throat.

Consult immediately if you get any symptoms like sore throat, fever, cold, cough, shortness of breath or weakness.

Take precautions, wear mask and wash hands frequently. Sanitise. Steam inhalation twice/day. Salt water gargles ( lukewarm water) twice/day if throat irritation. Proper diet & sleep. Social distancing. Bath after coming home from outside. Avoid touching your hands to face areas like nose, eyes. Meditation & Yoga. Regular exercise for 30 mins.
