Covid antibody test result

Hi, my SARS-CoV-2 Antibody(IgG), Spike, Semi-Quantitative result is 1.44. I had covid back in December 2020. I was wondering how long will this natural immunity last? I am still thinking if I should get the vaccine or not since there's so many bad side effects. Do I need to continue to wear mask? Thanks for your help.

Take the vaccine as it's already past 3 months from your recovery date.

Yes, its about time you took your vaccine. The natural immunity dies down post 3 months of infection usually. Coming to think of side effects...the benefits outweigh the risks.  Having said that, despite being infected or being vaccinated, you ll have to wear mask and comply with sanitization.
Next Steps
take the jab

How long covid antibodies persist after infection remains unknown, although studies revealed they persist for at least several months in most persons. >1.4 is a positive result. Yes you should get vaccinated. You should wear mask when around people to protect ourself and others.
