Covid and Pneumonic patch in XRay

My dad is Covid Positive since 3 weeks with mild symptoms and now XRay shows Small Pneumonic Patch in right mid & both lower zones. Doctor has recommended 3 day injection course. Is it sever considering Covid. Is their any recommended treatment considering his Oxygen Level still normal.

Post COVID pneumonia will take months to resolve. Reassurance and breathing exercises will help.
