Need help my daughter is 3 months old and she is Covid 19 positive however there is no symptoms No cough No Cold No Fever... Her CT LEVEL is 24 Please help me.

Give her zincovit drops 5 drops two times a day Vit D drops 2 drops daily Plenty of milk preferably breast milk In case of fever cough or cold kindly admit in nearby hospital If baby is lethargic and not feeding well kindly admit in nearby hospital Vit c drops 3 drops daily
