I am 60 years old and have been vaccinated completely( 2 doses are done)20 days ago. The govt has now declared that people can get some symptoms after 20 days of vaccination. One of it is abdominal pain. I have been tested positive 7 days ago. I have started to have lower abdominal pain since yesterday and burning sensation while passing urine. Is this due to vaccination or due to covid. At present my d dimer us 750.

Your D-Dimer is a clear indication of infection and inflammation. As you have already tested for covid, what prescription of medicines are you currently on? If you havent consulted a doctor yet for this would recommend you do so urgently.
