Hrct is the chest test but not blood test. Can you please advise which blood test can be done to diagnose covid

Blood tests are not specific for covid.  Your blood counts may be disturbed during many other infections. For specifically corona hrct is the best option. You can check your crp value, d dimer, total leucocyte count.
