Hello Doctor, I am 40 year old and have Ophidiophobia. When l was 10, I encountered with snake(cobra) twice very very close to me. I screamed and nearly blacked out. Fortunately it didn't bite me. Since then I always fear about snakes. I get scared even to look at a picture of a snake. Since I am living in a village, I am afraid to go out of my house, that is to farm and lands fearing snakes. Now a days, I dream of snakes, sometimes multiple snakes come in my dream. What should l do? How will l overcome this fear of snakes?
