Couldnt able to sense

Doctor, some times I couldn't able to feel the sense from my genetal part down side. Eventhough if I pinch hardly I am not able to getting the pain. I am facing this problem from yesterday afternoon onwards and today morning it's better but at some places on genetal part it is still there. Pls suggest whom to consult.
