Coughing while talking, eating, sleeping

Good afternoon Dr .My mother is 85 years old.She is diabetic.She is also on medicines for depression and blood thinner..She frequently gets Urinary tract infection.About 7months ago she got pneumonia and was treated for the same.. With Azithtral,Pulmoclear, Mucolite and defcof and Dolo.. She gets cough when she eats, talking loudly and sleeping.. She sleeps with her mouth open and has slight snoring too when she lies on her back.. She had this problem of coughing and sneezing when eating and otherwise even before she had the pneumonia attack.. She is on the following medicines Glycomet 500SR  0-0-1 Janumet 50/500 0-0-1 Glycomet GP 0.5 1-0-0 Qutipin 50mg 0-0-1 Dicorate ER 250 1-0-0 Prodep 20mg 1-0-0 Neurobion forte 0-1-0 Ecospirin AV 75 0-1-0 Becosules perfomance 1-0-0 Neeri 2-0-2 Her cough is not very severe or unbearable..But on nights when the fan runs in full speed or when climate gets chill coughing is more. Kindly advise Dr

Might be allergic. Better take a appointment with Pulmonologist

In old age,all reflexes,will become slow.so,she will be having cough ,during eating. May also be due to allergy,as per your history. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
