I have got coughing problem for last 8 days and I've been gargling with hot water. But it doesn't cure by itself. Coughing comes and goes for me every now and then. In every 3 months I get affected by coughing ( with semi dry cough )

It is better to get evaluated sir. First check a basic blood profile , chest xray.Take some cough suppresants, anti allergics if required. Have to rule out sinusitis and GERD.

Hello, what you could do is to get a chest xray done and a complete blood test. also a Video laryngoscopy done(throat endoscopy). We need to ruleout any sinusitis /LPRD/infection in throat for which video laryngoscopy would help.
Next Steps
Follow up online with the blood test and xray chest
