Continuos cough and itchy throat with phlegm exhale everytime I try to clear my throat. Sense of something being stuck in my throat.

As per your description you might have developed post nasal drip.. allergic rhinitis or chronic rhinosinusitis should be ruled out.. consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
