Coughing not sleeping in night

My son age is 19 month weight 10.8kg , last few days he has cough not consistent at night it get worse disturbing his sleep , no fever , i thik  cough is thik , and phlegam stuck at mouth while lying . While breast feed a sound is there , Can u suggest any medicine as doctor is not available at this time in our area . Thnks

Drop.Asthakind-p 0.5ml tds for 3-4days Nasoclear drops 1drop both nostrils every 6hrly Decrease milk and avoid cold food items
