Coughing in 7 weeks baby

My 7 weeks baby is having severe coughing all day with some nasal congestion that comes and goes. Dr is saying acid reflux as reason for coughing and has given lanzol. Should I give this medicine or take another opinion

Do proper burping after each feed If still then problem persists have an offline examination of the baby
