Hello, TB can attack for 2 and time, but coughing out blood needs to be analyses correctly.
Previous TB if u have a cavity in upper lobe it may produce blood, even sometimes very large amounts. Second reactivation of TB can present with blood in sputum but we need to asses for other signs like weight loss, fever, raised ESR.
Normal pharyngitis with severe cough can produce mild blood stained sputum... So kindly consult a general physician let him examine u and then decide on differential diagnosis.
U may need to do sputum for AFB testing, Gene Expert on sputum and CT thorax if required. If u r getting blood in sputum frequently then cough needs to be suppressed till further evaluation...
