Hello sir / ma'am, I want to ask for my 3.2yrs old daughter. She remains active playful throughout the day No other problem. At night while going to bed, she starts coughing and then eventually vomits all food with lot of mucus. This is happening from past 1 month. She is already taking MDI Budecort 100mcg from past 2 months as advised by our local doctor.

Hello mam Would require more information here regarding -What were her complaints when Budecort was started? -Also how frequent are these vomiting bouts?
Next Steps
If the Budecort was started for wheeze associated condition - then probably her symptoms have not been completely controlled and that could be the reason for persistent cough and vomiting
Health Tips
Would recommend a physical consultation
