Well it looks like he's regularly getting infections due to a chronic cause. Hb isn't that bad though but signs of recent infections are visible. It isn't even looking like some allergic. Can I get detailed medication history and what kind of cough he has? Is it dry or productive? Is it associated with vomiting? What medication did he take in these 1.5 months? Is there any history of travel in last 2 months?
