Cough with problem in breathing

2 months ago, I had a problem of cough cold and fever.I went to doctor,he said it is bronkytis because there was whizzing sound in my breathing.He gave me some medicines with which I got some problem in my ear.he changed the medicines that problem was solved but its more than 2 months now, m constantly suffering from cough with problem in breathing with whizzing sound. Please suggest me something.

Do a chest xray and pulmonary function test immediately and send me will give u proper treatment can get cured no need to worry....
