Cough with macus on throat and whopping

My 2 months 2 weeks baby boy suffering from cough with macus on throat since 4 days. We are giving muccolite drops .3 ml thrice a day. No chest congestion after 2 times of Nebulization. Yesterday afternoon suddenly continuously(whooping )cough more than 2 minutes and liquid comes from mouth and same thing happened on night and today early morning .
Doctor prescribed azitral 100 2.5 ml once in a day.
Chest cleared some time feeding well . When cough comes he refuse the feeding
