Hello doctor, please suggest me which cough syrup I can use for my 6month old?? He is having cough from 2days

No cough syrup is advisable at this age Honey can be used after 1 year. If he has nasal congestion then give Nasoclear nose drops 4 times a day fir 3 days. If there is runny nose he can take syrup Montek lc 5 ml once per day fif 3 days. Give plenty of fluids.

if no improvement then get evaluation done by Paediatrician.
